Keith Trimble began martial arts at age 11. Along with playing many other sports as a child, Keith concentrated on football and lacrosse from junior high up till college. Keith earned All-County honors his senior year in football. Keith continued playing football in college for only a short time due to a shoulder injury. With football being done Keith decided to go back to martial arts and boxing. He began training with Chris Cardona in 1994 who later he would become partners with and open The Bellmore Kickboxing Academy in July 1998. As a full contact kickboxing fighter and trainer, Keith has had many accomplishments. Keith is the USKBA New York State Super Cruiserweight Amatuer Champion,and is the trainer of many pro and amatuer fighters. Keith is also the Head Coach of the New York Clash.
