Keith Trimble is an owner/trainer at the Bellmore Kickboxing /MMA Academy in Bellmore, New York.
Keith trains pro and amateur fighters in mma, kickboxing and boxing. Dom Stanco, Chris Schlessinger, Joe Scarola, Ryan Laflare, Chris Presta, Seth Tiringer and Gian Villante are all mma fighters he is currently training. In addition, Keith trains Terrence Hill muay thai champion and ISKA/WKA World Champion Kickboxer and undefeated pro boxer Chris Algieri whose record is currently 8-0.
Some other notable mma fighters and kickboxer that have trained under Keith include; Phil Baroni UFC/Pride/Elite XC veteran, Jay Hieron UFC/IFL Champion/Affliction, Joe D’Arce Pancrase/Gracie BJJ Black Belt, Jordan Pergola undefeated kickboxer/Ring Of Combat/XFC veteran, Rodrigo Gracie Pride veteran, Derek Panza ISKA World Heavyweight Kickboxing Champion and Tim Lane USKBA Super Lightweight World Kickboxing Champion. Major Lacrosse League two time Defensive Player of the Year, Nicky Polanco of the Long Island Lizards prepares himself for the season training with Keith. In 2006 Keith was the head coach of the NY Clash in the World Combat League.
While he began training in martial arts at age 11, Keith concentrated on football and lacrosse from junior high school through college. He earned All-County honors in football his senior year of high school. After a shoulder injury cut his college football career short, Keith returned to martial arts.
He began training in kickboxing with Chris Cardona in 1994. In July of 1998 Keith and Chris opened The Bellmore Kickboxing Academy. In 2001 Keith won the Amateur New York State Super Cruiserweight kickboxing title.
Although Keith trains accomplished fighters and athletes for victory, equally as important to him are his private clients. From homemakers to lawyers, Keith takes great pride in helping each one achieve their goal. From weight loss to physical conditioning, helping each client become their personal best he considers a victory as well.
